When you get in touch, we’ll ask you for a brief summary of the situation. We’ll tell you whether we are able to assist you and tell you what it will cost. We will take payment by credit card to enable us to begin providing advice. You’ll be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.
You can discuss the issue with us in detail, once the formalities are over. We provide advice and support as though you had a data protection officer. Just as with a data protection officer (DPO) you can choose to accept some, all, or none of our advice. We will always provide a written statement of our views and suggestions.
