Our GDPR Helpdesk can support any organisation. If you process personal data you must comply with the GDPR. The ICO will investigate a complaint from an individual against an organisation no matter what size it is. A customer can take legal action if the ICO makes a ruling against you. Under the terms of the GDPR, emotional distress can form part of that legal action.
