You’ve been alerted to a breach, it’s 7pm on a Friday evening and the clock has started ticking. Your DPO is the place to call, because it may be that they can quickly determine the breach won’t require reporting to the ICO. If you don’t have access to expert support, you can get it through our DPO-on-demand service. You access the service by sending an email to our DPO-on-demand support desk. After we deal with formalities we’ll get stuck into the issue.
This is an advice service. We can’t, for example, make a report to the ICO on your behalf but we can work with you, step by step, as you investigate and manage the breach.
